WE ARE THE ENGLISH CHAMPIONS!!
TACT won the ALL ENGLAND Festival on 9th June at Southport Arts Theatre with their play FIND ME by Olwen Wymark
They will be representing England with their play in the BRITISH Final against teams from Ireland, Scotland, and Wales on the 29th June 2007 at Solihull Arts Complex in Solihulll, Birmingham.

TACT has won through to the second round of the All England Festival for the play Find Me to be adjudicated at the Brew House Theatre, Burton On Trent on Saturday 28th April 2007.
A number of awards from the Tamworth Festival are worth mentioning ...
1) Tracey Jenkins of TACT who won Best Female Performance
2) William King for Most Promising Junior
3) Anna Blakemore for Best Junior Performance

It is also with great pleasure to announce that the school Two Rivers won two awards
Best Youth Play
Best School Group
The group had a magical performance on the evening and the adjudicator made it clear that this group of young actors had shown that Shakespeare is not only entertaining but also a challenge to each actor with the performance being a life changing experience for some of the people involved.
He thought that the group were inspirational and an example of what youth theatre was all about.

- TACT wins best one act play at the Dovehouse Theatre Birmingham
- IMPACT Juniors win best Youth Play
- Alison Rogers wins most outstanding Female performance
- Richard Bunn wins most outstanding Male performance
- Luke and Phil our "techies" on Lights and Sound won best Technical for the play Find Me, with the complex lights taking the majority of the marks.
